About the Tournament

Growing the Game One Fall at a Time

The Great Pumpkin Shootout Girls Lacrosse Tournament was created to give players across the Mid-Atlantic region a fun, safe, and competitive environment to continue developing their skills and love for the game.

Our Story

A Local Tournament Built for Players

The Great Pumpkin Shootout brings teams together from across the area for a one-day fall lacrosse event that balances competition, development, sportsmanship, and fun.

Why We Play

The tournament was developed as an opportunity for girls in the Mid-Atlantic region to further develop their lacrosse skills in a setting that is competitive, welcoming, and enjoyable.

Age group competition levels are created to help teams find the right fit โ€” from developmental players still building confidence to more advanced teams looking for strong fall competition.

  • Give players more chances to compete and improve
  • Create a safe, positive tournament environment
  • Welcome teams across a wide range of experience levels
  • Celebrate fall lacrosse with a fun Halloween-inspired identity
